Questions about pricing
What's the difference between a full seat and a light seat?
A full seat is for anyone who quotes, orders or manages work. Light seats are free and unlimited, for people who need to see and approve things: accounting, the warehouse, your art department.
What's a Bloom action?
Everyday Bloom is unlimited: asking questions, drafting proposals and replies, watching orders. Bloom actions are for automated work that runs without you, like an email sequence sending or a scheduled agent checking every order overnight. One step of that work is one action.
What happens if we use all our Bloom actions?
You'll see it coming: your workspace warns you at 80%. If you reach 100%, automated work pauses until the next month or a top-up ($10 USD per 1,000). Everything else, Bloom included, keeps working.
Do you take a share of our sales?
No. Your price is set by your plan and your seats. Sell twice as much next year and your bill stays the same.
Is moving our data over included?
Yes, during early access our team moves you over by hand, for free. After early access, white-glove migration starts at $1,500.
Can we change plans later?
Any time. Add seats, move up a plan, or move down at renewal. Your data stays exactly where it is.
Can we pay in Canadian dollars?
